For Pear Kharoyses, Perhaps
I had to bring home these wonderfully lush bartletts, but I have the strangest feeling I've seen them somewhere before.

Bartletts are actually my favorites. I just made a pear recipe calling for Anjou pears, but went for those delicious Bartletts anyway.
The little watercolor is (I think, if I'm reading it correctly) by someone named "Landini". I got it at a housesale, and know no more of the artist.
Nice looking pears in both places. ;-)
