I don't think I've ever had avocado that was cooked in any fashion. Have you?
I once made a chilled avocado soup in which the avocados had been lightly blanched, and I've made avocado cheesecake and ice cream, but all of these or sort of beside the point when it comes to avocados.
I was going to make avocado ice cream but I was going to blend in the avocados after cooking the custard. Hm.
Yes, I recall now that I did not cook the icecream avocados. The ones in the cheesecake did get baked.
