Sandwiches of Hope

I may soon be back among the living, cooking, and blogging. Currently sustaining myself with tea, pain au levain from Bread Alone and nut and seed butter.

I miss reading your blogs as much as I miss writing mine. Mad love to all In Mol Araan. You know what helps? I mean besides chocolate? Bubble wrap.

Ahhhhh. Bubble wrap.

I think you might need a toddy. I find they work for me on almost anything.

I too love things that burst. Grandma said that was the reason people were willing to pay $500 for an ounce of caviar. I was skeptical at the time, but with your comments on bubble wrap, a pattern begins to emerge.

lindy,

I think a toddy might be just the thing--I will have to get the ingredients, though, no lemons, and all the vodka on the premises is horseradish-infused. Now, if I still had some of the ginger-cardamom vodka I made last time it might be a perfect match.

bythebay and sher,
thanks very much--I'm almost there!

thrice venerable mother,
You are almost certainly on to something.

northernmost jew,
I have never seen any such thing. This sounds like a job for YouTube.
