Guinness Eggcream
Fill a tall glass 5/8 full with whole milk. Add chocolate syrup or agave, but DO NOT STIR. Fill the glass to the top with Guinness. Stir with four short straight strokes. This is not nearly as crazy as you are thinking.

Despite being called an egg cream it has very few eggs and very little cream. Anyway, how do you say it in Yiddish?
I assume the chocolate syrup should be Fox's u-bet.
Joe in Australia,
The Yiddish for egg cream is עגקרים
(egkrim).
San Lao Qiao,
Well, a Guinness eggcream will not be peysekhdik under any circumstances.
This actually does sound good . . . My husband would love this.
Yummy
