Do you know kreplakh on Purim? Three times a year we eat kreplakh: Purim, Yon Kipper, and Hoyshane Rabbo. Af Purim, me'shlogt Homon, af Yon Kipper, me'sholgt kapores (or Al khet); af Hoyshane Rabo, me'shlogt arovos.
